Motosport Townsville treats your privacy seriously and make every possible effort to ensure the details you share with us are kept secure and safe.  

Motosport Townsville is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not rent, share or sell the information to any third party in any way. We request information from you through various forms when you enquire about a product or make a purchase. In order to complete an order you must provide your contact details (name, billing and shipping addresses) and payment information. This information is used for shipping and billing purposes only. If there is any problem with the order (stock level, shipping delays) this information is used to contact the shopper.

How much does shipping cost?

To make life easy we offer a flat rate in Queensland of $15 and $30 for all other states, shipping Australia wide.
 For customers outside of Australia, unfortunately we don’t offer international shipping directly from the web store, sorry! So if you are shopping from across the pond, eg: New Zealand, and want to purchase from our web store, please contact us via email for a quote, motosport1@ozemail.com.au  

When purchasing dangerous goods the flat rate will not apply, a member of our staff will call you with a quote on shipping.

 Do you offer Express Post shipping?

Yes. Express Post is available at an additional cost on all items shipped within Australia. Please send us an email motosport1@ozemail.com.au  and we will be able to provide a quote.

Terms & Conditions of Purchase

Motosport Townsville use dynamic IP Address determination to detect which country a customer is viewing our website and where they reside. This allows us to display the correct pricing information and shipping charges determined by your IP address and country of origin/residence. We reserve the right to alter or deny purchase where the customer has arrived at our website via a proxy service or where due to the vagaries of the internet our website has incorrectly determined the origin of the website visitor.Customers - Please ensure your contact details (including your email address and phone number) are correct. This ensures that you receive a prompt response. We can not always correct a fault in an email address as it is not always obvious.

Orders and emails are printed off every weekday morning, not on weekends. If you place an order on Saturday, Sunday or Friday afternoon, your order will not be attended to until Monday. All orders will be confirmed and freight amount advised before shipping or payment. 

Orders with direct deposit paymet method, will receive our bank details via email once items have been confirmed in stock. The order confirmation email will not contain bank details. Do not deposit funds into our account until you receive an email confirming your order including our bank details.

We strive to offer 100% satisfaction. In order to achieve this we request all the information supplied is as accurate as possible. We require the brand, model, capacity and year of your motorcycle(s) along with any modifications.
All orders will be confirmed before shipping. All items must be paid for (and confirmed) before shipping.




Product availability advertised on Motosport Townsville is pending supplier or in store stock. From time to time we may not stock a particular item in store, in which case, it will need to be ordered from an importer to fulfil your order. This can take around 1-3 business days from date of order (with the exception of special order items).Should an item need to be backordered from an importer, we will, of course, notify you via email or phone of the expected delivery time frame. Motosport Townsville now accepts Visa & Mastercard payments via Commonwealth Bank hosted E-Gate. All credit card information is entered directly into Commonwealth Bank's system and we do not have access to these numbers. There is the facility for Visa Verified and Mastercard Secure to ensure the safest payments possible.
Credit card transactions will be processed immediately and in the event of any out-of-stock items, you will be informed within 2 business days. In the event you wish to purchase an item without a price, the order will be emailed to our administration staff who will advise the pricing and complete the order.

In stock goods will be shipped within 2 business days. 



Can be either a transfer from your bank or via “internet banking”. We will provide a reference number. We cannot confirm the funds until the next working day. Goods will be sent via Australia Post as a registered parcel unless otherwise requested

All prices are shown in Australian Dollars with your country equivalent eg: (New Zealand dollars (NZD) ) Pricing outside Australia is exclusive of GST.

All goods must be paid for in Australian Dollars (AUD) as calculated against current exchange rates. Goods cannot be shipped until funds are confirmed to be in our account. An order number will be used as reference. 
Lay-By's are available for a 10% deposit and MUST be paid within 3 months of initial deposit. Please Contact staff for details.


Refund Policy

 Returns and Exchanges

Should you want to return or exchange your order, please drop us a line via Email motosport1@ozemail.com.au  or call us on (07) 4779 0165 with details of your Order Number (e.g. 1357023), the issue with the order, and whether you are seeking an exchange or refund.

When returning or exchanging an item, we ask that you complete the following Returns form in your account login. 
This information helps us process the return in a timely manner.



Did you order the wrong size? Not quite what you wanted? We happily accept returns for items purchased online subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days.
  • Items must be in original, undamaged, unworn, unwashed condition with all tags still attached, or the return may be refused.
  • You are responsible for any costs associated with returning your item to us.
  • If you request a refund, the value of your order, minus postage costs will be refunded to you (by us crediting your original payment method) once we have received the return item back and confirmed that it meets the above conditions.
  • Refunds are usually processed within 5 business days. Refunds generally take 2-3 business days to show up on your credit card statement/bank account.


  • Items must be returned within 30 days.
  • Items must be in original, undamaged, unworn, unwashed condition with all tags still attached, or the return may be refused.
  • You are responsible for any costs associated with returning your item to us.
  • Please include a self addressed prepaid satchel with your return parcel, such as a 3kg/5kg Express Post satchel that you can purchase at your local Post Office. We will be using this satchel to return the exchange back to you.


We cannot accept exchanges or returns on helmets for safety reasons.  All Helmets come with a standard clear visor, unless the description states otherwise.

Our Fault (and Faulty Item) Exchanges

Sometimes, but very rarely, we make mistakes. Firstly we apologise in advance, however if there’s a fault with your item, or we sent you the incorrect size or product, we’ll happily cover any return/shipping cost associated with replacing the item. Where is my order?!

Once your order has been picked, packed and processed we’ll send you an email with a tracking number which can be used at http://auspost.com.au/track/ to monitor the progress of your delivery.

 If you haven’t received a tracking number or have any concerns with your order, please give us a call on (07) 4779 0165 or send us an emailmotosport1@ozemail.com.au We’re here from 8.30am to 5.00pm weekdays (excluding public holidays) and are happy to help.

 Orders will be processed the day they are received (excluding weekends and public holidays) and will be shipped in 1-2 business days if in stock. If an item is out of stock or there is any delay with your order, We will send you an email to let you know and follow up with a phone call if we haven’t heard back from you.
 Please Note - A signature is required for delivery of your order. If you’re not going to be home to sign for it, just let us know and we can either ask the courier to leave it at your home or work.
